Start planning your retirement – even if you are just 20

Discussing people in their 40's, Martin said:

"This is when you should be putting as much as possible into your pension. Your contributions still have time to grow and the expenses of mortgage plus small children are starting to fall away."

On retirement planning for people in their 50's,

"The final decade before retirement is often the most important from an investment perspective as short-term market volatility can knock your confidence and be difficult to recover from,"
